Delivery Security Procedures


Check that the outer packaging does not show signs of abuse;


Open the packages in the areas indicated, keeping them in good condition for a period of 48 hours;


Check that the products do not have visible transport or manufacturing defects;


The customer has the right to ask the carrier to wait for the goods delivered to be checked;


The documents accompanying the delivery are: Invoice for the goods (Original and duplicate for the customer).

Rescheduling of Deliveries


You can reschedule your delivery up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, using the line +351 258 350 113 (call to the national fixed network) from Monday to Friday from 9:00h to 18:00h, or through the address


All our deliveries are prepared at least 48 hours in advance. If you wish to reschedule your delivery after confirmation by our services, does not guarantee stock availability and reserves the right to charge the costs corresponding to the reorganization of the preparation, logistical and administrative processes indicated in 6.5. 1

Delivery services use the usual accesses to delivery addresses (e.g. stairs, interior elevators) and passages in existing spaces (e.g. doors and stairs). They do not use additional transport or lifting machinery or make any changes to the construction of the buildings.


In the case of delivery services verifying a high risk of damage in the transport of the products to the place of delivery or assembly, they may advise against carrying out this service. In this case, if the customer intends to contradict this advice, the transport will be carried out under his/her responsibility and risk, and will not accept costs resulting from damages arising therefrom.

Delivery Anomalies


Anomalies for which the customer is responsible:

If delivery is not possible at the address or date indicated, for reasons under your responsibility and without any attempt to reschedule within the deadlines indicated in 6.3.1, the products return to the distribution warehouse under the following conditions:

There will be eight days at your disposal to reschedule the delivery or assembly, after which considers that the customer wants to cancel the delivery.

The costs of canceling or rescheduling the delivery will be those arising from holding the stock (immobilization of stock at your order for the excess period), transport (return of the products to the warehouse and a new trip for delivery), administrative processes (cancellation transport documents and issued invoices and production of new transport and invoicing documents) and warehouse logistics (car unloading, storage in the warehouse, new preparation and new loading), with a minimum of €30.00 less than 30% of the order value.


Anomalies under the responsibility of makes every effort to meet the delivery deadlines assumed with customers. In the event of unforeseen events that lead to non-compliance with the delivery of the item on the date confirmed by, the customer may choose to reschedule the delivery for a new date or, alternatively, terminate the contract at no additional cost, being refunded all amounts paid in the terms indicated in 9.4.

The customer must verify upon receipt that the products delivered are in accordance with his order and with the conditions agreed upon for delivery and that they do not present manufacturing and transport deficiencies.

If so, you must immediately make a note on the carrier's bill, in the place reserved for this purpose, or refuse to accept it.
