How does home delivery work?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with a tracking number (with a link to the shipping company's website).

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Can I track the status of my order?

How can I find a specific article?
The products are classified into 5 categories (Bed, Table, Bath, Children and Accessories) and each category into several subcategories. Access the subcategory that interests you using the menu that appears when you hover your mouse over the main category.
There are groups of items where you can choose sizes, colors and buy the ones you are most interested in. You can also use the product search on the right-hand side to find the items you want.
How do I add an item to the basket?
Each item on our website contains an “Add to Cart” icon which, when clicked, automatically adds it to your shopping bag, allowing you to continue making your selection without any worries.
What steps should I follow to place an order?
Once you have chosen the products you wish to order and completed your customer registration, you will complete your order with the information required for payment and delivery.
This phase consists of 4 steps:
1. Validation of the “Shopping Bag”;
2. Filling in the “Billing Data”;
